BUY RIDE TICKETS IN ADVANCE
For three weekends, May 22 & 23, May 29 & 30, and June 5 & 6, bazaar ride tickets
will be sold after all Masses. Tickets will also be available
beginning Monday, May 23 during office hours at the rectory. Fifteen (15) tickets are
being sold @ $5.00. Two tickets are needed for kiddie rides and three tickets
for adult rides. Be sure to purchase tickets in advance at these discount
prices.
BUY FOOD TICKETS IN ADVANCE
Rather than standing in long lines during the week of the bazaar the Bazaar Ride
Ticket Committee will be selling food tickets at the same time ride tickets are
being sold. For three weekends, May 22 & 23, May 29 & 30, and June 5 & 6, bazaar
food tickets will be sold after all Masses.
You might wish to take advantage of this offer especially if you have a large
family and/or if you plan on coming in the beginning of the evening when the
hungry crowd lines up just in time for supper. There is no savings being
offered, only convenience.
DONATIONS NEEDED!!!
The GROCERY BOOTH is always in need of non-perishable food items to be
offered as prizes. This booth is also 100% profit...thanks to those who make
donations. Should you wish to make a donation please leave it in the church near
the statue of St. Joseph.
For those of you who like to bake, the CAKE BOOTH will be needing many,
many baked goods to give away as prizes throughout the week of the bazaar. It
seems we never have enough...so be sure to set some time aside, the week of June
2 - 7, to do some baking.
Trinity Ladies Club will once again organize the COUNTRY STORE, located
in the four car garage behind the rectory. With the help of EVERY parishioner
who can make a craft - sew, knit, crochet, paint, make floral
arrangements..wreaths...jams...jellies preserves.. or make anything we can
sell, we will be able to reach our goal of 100% profit. TLC asks that everyone
"SPREAD THE WORD" and approach those in our parish family that you know of and
ask if they would be willing to make just one item that can be sold at the
bazaar. Donations may be dropped off at the rectory at
your convenience. All donations will certainly be appreciated. The only used
items that are accepted are pieces of JEWELRY, used but in perfect condition.
BAZAAR SPONSORS
A donation of $50.00 entitles you, as a 2004 BAZAAR SPONSOR to a
professionally printed sign in your family name or in your business name as well
as a special bulletin and flyer to the parish acknowledging your support. For
further information regarding the SPONSOR PROGRAM please call either Roger or
Jo-Ann Brouillard, 265-1710, coordinators
VOLUNTEERS
Many volunteers are needed to work throughout the week of the bazaar, June 7 -
12.
PLEASE...do not hesitate to give anyone involved in the bazaar a call and
let them know you would like to donate your time. If you do not have a
preference on where you would like to donate your time, please call
Linda Citak, personnel chairperson, 265-6907.
SHARE YOUR GOD GIVEN TALENTS
Anything you can make, paint, sew, knit, crochet, create, etc. can be sold at
the Bazaar COUNTRY STORE. Donations may be dropped off at the rectory at your
convenience. All donations will certainly be appreciated.
BAZAAR MEETING/RALLY
All bazaar personnel (chairpersons, coordinator, captains, workers) and families
are invited by the PARISH HOSPITALITY COMMITTEE to come to the church hall to
"kick-off" the Bazaar and enjoy the donuts, coffee and juice they will be
serving...following the 9:00 AM Mass, June 6.
At this meeting/rally, chair person Richard Cassello, will tie up any loose ends and at the same time meet with all personnel.
Copies of the maps, showing the location of what's on the midway, etc., will be
available at this time so everyone will know where to report on Monday.
EVERYBODY DO THEIR SHARE
The success of the Bazaar/Raffle is important to the total
parish. Twenty-five BAZAAR RAFFLE TICKETS were recently distributed to all
registered members/families of our parish family. Please make your raffle ticket
returns (sold and/or unsold) as soon as possible.
To those of you who have made your ticket returns the Bazaar
Raffle Committee, co-chaired by Kevin and Marie Buno, wish to thank you for your
consideration.
Anyone wishing additional tickets to buy and/or sell is asked
to either call the rectory, 269-8791, or stop by during office hours, weekdays,
9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
