HOLY TRINITY ESL PROGRAM (English as a Second Language) is looking for volunteers to teach English to some of our Hispanic parishioners. Volunteers will teach ONCE a week from 6:30-8:00 PM at the Parish Center. The days available to choose from are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. THE GARDENER’S MARKET, presented by the Wallingford Garden Club and Wallingford Center, Inc., invites you to stop by the Railroad Station Green on Saturday mornings through September 16^th, to check out the displays and produce on sale from 9:00 AM to 12 Noon. EUCHARISTIC YOUTH RALLY 2006

The youth of the parish are invited to participate in this special local rally, which promises to bring spiritual enrichment and excitement in being present with God and with other area youth. Events include the celebration of the Mass; Music by the R.O.C.K. Group (Revival of Catholic Kids), dynamic speakers and witness talks, a special team challenge game with cash and prizes, and a special Candlelight Adoration and Procession of the Holy Eucharist. “CONSIDER YOURSELF ASKED” SUMMER BLOOD DRIVE, sponsored by the parish Christians In Action Committee to benefit the American Red Cross, will take place on Wednesday, August 16 in the church hall from 1:00-5:45 PM. A safe and ample blood supply in the community is necessary for patients in need. Many people have not donated blood simply because they have not been asked. Please Consider Yourself Asked! Christians In Action members will be on hand next weekend after all Masses in the main doorway of the church to schedule appointments. CREDO CATHOLIC SINGLES will be embarking on a relaxing cruise aboard the Port Jefferson Ferry out of Bridgeport as it glides across the beautiful Long Island Sound. The cruise across is 1 hr. and 15 min. and docks on the shore of the quaint village of Port Jefferson, Long Island.
