EVERYONE LOVES THE DONUTS AT OUR BAZAAR, AND NOW YOU CAN BE THE ONE WHO HELPS MAKES THEM! The bazaar committee is looking for adult volunteers to make donuts in shifts starting at 9:00 AM from June 6-11. No experience is necessary; you will be trained. If you are looking for a way to help the parish this is your opportunity. Any time you can give would be a great help to meet our high demand. RIDE TICKETS will be sold, following all Masses, the weekends of May 21-22; May 28-29, and June 4-5, (as well as at the rectory, during office hours 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, weekday, ending Friday, June 3). TICKETS IN SHEETS OF 25 WILL BE SOLD FOR $15.00. Small children rides will need 2 tickets. Older children/adult rides will need 3 or 4 tickets (depending on the ride)… $5.00 SAVINGS!!! Buying sheets of 25 tickets DURING BAZAAR HOURS will cost $20.00 or single ticket @$1.00. So, be sure to buy tickets in advance and $$$ave$$$. Advance sales will end following the 10:30 Mass on Sunday June 5.
RIDE ALL RIDES WITH A “WRIST-BAND”
MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY NIGHTS of the bazaar wrist-bands will be sold for $20.00. Wrist-bands at the SATURDAY MATINEE (2:00-5:00 PM) will be sold for $15.00. Wrist-bands entitle bearer to ride all rides as often as they can at no extra cost. WRIST-BANDS ARE NOT SOLD IN ADVANCE!!!
ADVANCE SALE OF FOOD TICKETS AT A SAVINGS!
Sheets of Food Tickets (20 one dollar tickets) will be SOLD IN ADVANCE for $18.00… AT A $2.00 SAVINGS!!! This offer will be given on the same dates and times as the advance sale of ride tickets and – like the advance sale of ride tickets – will end following the Mass at 10:30 AM on Sunday, June 5. Food tickets are NOT available at the rectory.

PADDY CAKE, PADDY CAKE BAKERS...BAKE ME A CAKE AS FAST AS YOU CAN FOR THIS WEEK’S MOST HOLY TRINITY BAZAAR! Many, many, (we never have enough) baked goods – cakes, cookies, brownies, pies, breads – are needed to be given away as prizes at the BINGO game. They can be brought to the rectory during office hours or brought directly to the game booth. The Bingo Game Booth depends on your donations in order to make 100% profit.
BAZAAR RAFFLE TICKET RETURNS!!! Ticket returns – sold and/or unsold – may be brought to the rectory and dropped in the mail slot on the front door or brought to the Raffle Booth when you come to the bazaar. To those who have made their returns the Bazaar Raffle Committee, Chairperson Kevin and Marie Buno, wish to thank you for your consideration. Remember… the success of the raffle is important to the parish.
“DUNKEES WANTED”!!! Kim Pisani, captain of the DUNKIN’ BOOTH at the bazaar, again is making her unusual but FUN request. As Captain she needs plenty of volunteers throughout the week that are willing to get “dunked”. In order to keep her booth in operation every night of the Bazaar as well as at the Matinee she needs to schedule the “dunkees”. So…all “good sports” in the parish who are willing to help Kim… are asked to please give her a call as soon as possible @ 203-269-0546.
