BLESSING OF NEW CARILLON On Sunday, April 15, 2007 at the 10:30 AM Mass, the new carillon will be blessed and dedicated in Memory of Salvatore Greco, Sr. The carillon was given to Most Holy Trinity Church in his memory by his loving wife and family. We are most grateful to the Greco Family for this gift.

OPERATION “RICE BOWL” DONATIONS BENEFIT CRS We remind everyone that the Catholic Relief Services appeal “Operation Rice Bowl” will concluded this week. ABC’S OF ANNULMENTS, an informational program designed to answer questions about the process of annulments, will be held on April 13 from 7-9 PM in St. Francis Church Basement meeting room, (entrance on the parking lot side), 397 Ferry Street, New Haven. CRAFTY PARISHIONERS AND FRIENDS are invited to join Trinity Ladies Club members in creating arts and crafts, which will be sold in the COUNTRY STORE at our annual Bazaar in June. If you can glue, cut, or sew your talents are needed on Monday, April 9th in the Church Hall from 7 to 9 PM. OR, if you would like to make your art or craft item IN THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN HOME, your contribution would also be much appreciated. You can drop off your items at the rectory during office hours. DIVINE MERCY HOLY HOUR SUNDAY, APRIL 15 4:00 pm in the Church There will be a special Holy Hour of Divine Mercy on Sunday, April 15 at 4:00 PM in Most Holy Trinity church. This special time of prayer will include Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, the sung Chaplet of Diving Mercy and other prayers, meditation music and Benediction. Please plan on joining together as a Catholic family to celebrate this special day and be filled with the joy, peace, and mercy o God in our Lord Jesus Christ. Our Hospitality Committee invites you to the church hall for refreshments afterward. In 1931, Our Lord appeared to Saint Faustina Kowalska and told her of His desire that there be a special feast recognizing His great mercy, which He wishes to give to all. This Feast of Mercy is to take place on the Sunday after Easter and the merciful image of Jesus is to be blessed on this day. This feast is not celebrated in churches all over the world. EASTER PARTY FOR YOUTH IN GRADES 6 THROUGH 12, YOUTH GROUP (high school students) AND THE DYNAMIC DISCIPLES GROUP (junior high school students) will meet at the Parish Center for an Easter Party on Sunday, April 15th from 6:00-8:30 PM, featuring pizza, treats, fun and games. Developed and presented in person by Jeff Cavins, “The Great Adventure”, is a fabulous presentation that will give you the tools for a lifetime of enriching Bible study and devotional reading. Checks should be made payable to St. Agnes Church. CONQUEST BOYS CLUB: TEN MILE RIDE FOR PROSPERITY BIKE-A-THON is an outreach project to break the cycle of poverty in the Archdiocese. Each rider contacts sponsors to pledge money. Pledge sheets are available. The money raised will be given to the Archbishop’s Annual Appeal. The ride will be held on Saturday, April 29 (rain-date May 5) at 9:30 AM at Brooksvale Park , Hamden . After every 2 miles, riders take a water/prayer break; praying a decade of the rosary at each stop for the donors. After the 10th mile there will be a picnic and games for the participants. DADS are encouraged to ride with the boys.
