All parents and children, baptized within the last six months, are invited to the 10:30 Mass on Sunday, April 29. Following Mass, the Parish Hospitality Committee invites all families to the church hall for coffee “and”.

IN HONOR OF BLESSED MOTHER MAY CROWNING

Tuesday, May 1 at 1:00 PM

The annual May Crowning of the statue of the Blessed Mother in the Church will take place on Tuesday, May 1. All members of our parish family are invited to participate with the children of Most Holy Trinity School in this beautiful ceremony honoring Mary, our Mother.

CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR CCD STUDENTS MAKING THEIR FIRST COMMUNION THIS SATURDAY, APRIL 28TH! May God bless you as you receive Jesus for the first time and find a special place in your heart for Him.

THE SACRAMENT OF CONFIRMATION will be given to our young men and ladies of the parish very soon. On Monday, May 7th at 7:00 PM the Sacrament will be administered by Bishop Christi Macaluso. Retired Archbishop Daniel Cronin will celebrate at 7:00 PM the Sacrament of Confirmation on Tuesday, May 8th. In 1963 Pope Paul VI designated the Feast of the Good Shepherd as World Day of Prayer for Vocations; a day to pray for vocations to the priesthood, consecrated life, deaconate, and marriage. This year, World Day of Prayer for Vocations is scheduled for Sunday, April 29. This is a great opportunity to remind us of the urgent need to pray for vocations. On Saturday, July 7th, Archbishop Mansell will ordain 2 men to the priesthood: Michael Carlson and Daniel Wojtun. Please pray for these men as they approach the Sacrament of Holy Orders.  We also pray for blessings and in thanksgiving for our Shepherds, Father Gary, Father Jeff, Deacon Gene, Deacon Tullio, and Deacon Ed, and Sister Katie. We pray that our church may be enriched by our commitment to remain faithful to God’s call.
