You are urged to attend this business meeting/social to discuss plans and changes for this, OUR 27TH ANNUAL PARISH BAZAAR. Following the meeting everyone is invited to stay for Pizza, Soda, Beer and Wine. A lot of planning goes into this meeting for the purpose of keeping everyone “in the know”. BAZAAR RAFFLE UPDATE!!! As of this past Monday, 3,284 raffle tickets have been sold totaling $ 16,420.00 in sales! Ticket returns – sold and/or unsold – may be mailed to the rectory @ 68 North Colony Street , placed in the offertory collection, brought to the rectory and dropped in the mail slot on the front door or brought to the Raffle Booth when you come to the bazaar. To those who have made their returns the Bazaar Raffle Committee, Chairperson Kevin and Marie Buno, wish to thank you for your consideration. Remember… the success of the raffle is important to the parish. DONATION DROP-OFFS !!! Groceries, to be given away as prizes for the MONTH GAME at the bazaar, may be left in church near the statue of Saint Joseph . Arts & Crafts for the Country Store… Jewelry…. Plants…. may be brought to the rectory during office hours. AND DON’T FORGET TO BAKE DURING THE WEEK OF THE WEEK OF THE BAZAAR. Many, many, (we never have enough) baked goods – cakes, cookies, brownies, pies, breads – are needed to be given away as prizes at the BINGO game. These, too, can be brought to the rectory during office hours or brought directly to the game booth.
