“BUS DRIVER!, DON’T MOVE THAT BUS” YET! BECAUSE THE GREAT ADVENT ADVENTURE BUS TRIP HAS BEEN EXPANDED! Because of a positive, last minute response, Father Jeff has had to call for the BIG BUS! Your cost, which includes 4 full meals + gratuity, 3 show tickets, 2 nights lodging at the Bird-In-Hand Inn (with indoor swimming pool), bus travel, and admission to all other tours and event sights, is only $310 per person (based on double occupancy). JUST TO LET YOU KNOW…At the end of last month (September), it was discovered that the rectory roof was in bad shape. There have been leaks on the third floor. The Finance Council had recommended that the roof be taken care of before the winter months come in. This past week, we are happy to tell you that the rectory roof was completed and a new rubber roof was installed. No more leaks! The cost for the entire job was $8,000.00. We are also grateful for the generosity shown by so many of our parishioners and friends to our Annual Collection. If you have not yet had an opportunity to return your pledge card, please do so as soon as possible. Every gift is welcomed and sincerely appreciated. I ask God’s special blessings upon the wonderful people of Most Holy Trinity Parish. Sincerely, Father Gary Simeone Pastor

CREATED, LOVED, & REDEEMED BY GOD… “It’s a good time [during the Respect Life Month] to reflect on God’s great gift of life, the many public issues that flow from it, and the priorities we need to have in defending it. Next month, in the November elections, each of us will face the task, in the voting booth, of building a culture of life- or its opposite. Each of us will make that choice as an individual, but we’ll bear the consequences as a community. So we need to choose well.” Archbishop Charles Chaput, OFM and Bishop Jose Gomez, Statement issued Oct. 9, 2002
